So here's what ya do. Buy lots of snacks that you like that are low calorie and stick with you: low-fat mozzarella, fruit, veggies, garbanzo beans / hummus, nuts, whole-grain crackers, stuff like that. Then make sure you STAY FULL. Cuz being hungry sucks! Also take the stairs EVERY TIME you go up or down in a building. And park at the far end of the parking lot so you have to walk. (Plus, get yo fat ass in the pool!)
