  • yay shes using very easy to eunderstand japanese!

  • Japanese noodles are delicious. I wish my Japanese was better to understand this lady 100% but I am getting the general idea. On our last visit to Japan we actually did a soba making course outside of Matsumoto (near by to the snow monkey park) and it was one of the most interesting & memorable things of our trip. I'd highly recommend it.

  • @BelloBudo007 - Oops I've only just realised that they actually provide English text for dumb gaigin like me. On my next trip I think I'll experiment more between soba & udon to see which is better. Either way I can't lose.

  • I have to say that this is very nicely presented and easy to follow. My wife & I will watch the series and learn as much as we can before trying some of these tempting Japanese foods. When I go back to Japan I hope to surprise my Japanese friends with my newly developed culinary skills. Hopefully it'll be a pleasant surprise rather than a terrible shock to their taste buds. ;)
