Most and the oldest greek textes say "... if a brother sins" - this much more general that Jesus can chenge us through our brothers and sisters. It describes the way as Galatiens 6, 1 and Romans 15 also does. Important !

Not many actually do what Matthew 18:21-22 and Exodus 23:1-9 that would ensure people would never be enemies even if they will never be friends especially by employers and employees, but mainly the Human Resources of most businesses.
