hard to say cuz its so dark, but it looks like the gto walked by you on 3rd gear 3/4 races. Pretty even match really but I would like to see the camaro no contest the gto. Nice cars either way.
nice man, im just about finishing my L33 5.3 MN12 swap, you should search MN12 6 speed for a kid on here with a sylvia runnin that, he said he only ran an LS6 intake and TSP cam and put out 412hp, not a bad $700ish investment to break into the 400's. You face in the shift light is priceless... XD
He got 412hp out of a Intake/Cam only LS(?) The MN12 is the same tranny as the MN6 minus the gearset and a few small upgrades. It would make ZERO power difference
yes, i know a tranny doesnt give power, and yes the mn12 is a very deep geared tq monster. check out the L33's being built, they are pretty stout motors to build and love boost. if i end up wanting more power for my 91 GTA after its done, next year it will either get a single turbo (494 rwhp), twin turbo's (750ish rwhp) or an LQ9 6.0 cammed (around 500 N/A). However, a T56 would be more suited for boost, id be shifting too fast with my mn12 under wot.
You guys do exactly what we do here in alabama, we have a parking lot we hang out in all the time just us and our cars...me and that guy both have black thirdgens but mine is a 82 Z28...his idle vids are what made me want a ls1 bored to a 383

So here's my take on it...
The 3rd gen is lighter...but the GTO has the better closer ratio gearing thats the same as the Z06...
