When I was reading about this stuff I read that alpha waves are used to relax and cause drowsiness and theta waves produce dreams, deep meditation & REM Sleep. Why are these two waves used for studying instead of beta/gamma waves?
Theta waves are shown to help with memory/information retention. To compensate for the potential sleepiness, I added Alpha peaks every 6 mins...but in another video I used peaks at Beta instead (Study Aid 2). Most people work better with alpha / theta, but for those who want full blown Gamma, go to my channel and browse/search for it.
I need to get ideas clear and then write them on my dissertation. Is there any video/tune to improve the concentration and writing productivity (in other language than english)?. Thanks.
I first arrive here cause I couldn't put out of my head some songs refrain while studying but I perceive now that these tones can do much more for me!!! I'm studying for 10 hours a day vs. 5 hours before. Thanks, man! It's incredible, at least for my needs!
I just wanted to say I use this entrainment session for numerous purposes related to school and studying. I experience xxcellent information retention every time regardless of subject... Thanks and keep up the great work.. look forward to the new study aid you spoke of!!
well.....I dont't know, I was adviced to listen to this to help me study for my board exam, and I have notice that since I am listenig this frequency things, is harder and harder to forget things that i read.... it really works!!!!
@BinauralBrainwave The test went absolutely great ! Better than I expected so I guest this actually works or it was the placebo effect either way it was helpful
I was just looking up this stuff and different websites said either alpha waves are best for learning or theta (for deep learning). IDK which was better but I don't need to with this video LOL
if you can read this you arent studying
