Sometimes well, sometimes not so well, but always with the best intentions, reverence and love.

  • i love Roger's voice!!

  • I have to say that I prefer those 3 guys singing than John, I love John Lennon but their voces are so perfect, I can't imagine that cover but also with Freddie! Spectacular!

  • I was there!

  • @shesaidyesnoyes i envy you, i am 18 yarl old girl and i give anything to go to a concert like that, nowdays we have bs music

  • so was many others

  • @shesaidyesnoyes How was it?

  • @superdjsanti It was great! Let's remeber that this concert had been postponed by 1 week following the London bombing in the summer 2005. People were still a bit "scared" about going to such a big event, I mean what a better place for a terrorist attack?

When I have heard Queen singing Imagine, I felt safer! I can't describe the feeling... but clearly this song was introduced with the purpose of a strong message!

    FANTASTIC!!!!

The rest of the concert was immense too! Unforgettable!

  • @shesaidyesnoyes you lucky bastard :(

  • i just forgot every trouble or problem that i have ever encountered for 4 minutes and 2 seconds. i wish i was born in the days when these guys were around.

  • "probably a greatest rockstar of all time" ??? John lennon is without shadow of a doubt is greatest rockstar of all time ... I dont like to use word RIP coz legend never dies ! PEACE

  • @drmartin14 Your right he is. NEXT TO FREDDIE!!!!!!!!!!

  • Never heard paul sing before. Lovely voice but it just cannot match to freddie!

  • I've just realized how cutting and sharp Roger's voice can be, and how mellow and sweet is Brian's. A miracle.

  • @TheSchmidl777 Brian sang loads of backing vocals in Queen. Usually the low harmony. He also sang lead on some amazing tunes he wrote himself. '39, Sail Away Sweet Sister and All Dead All Dead to name, in my opinion, the three best.

  • Beautiful sunset, beautiful song, beautiful singers, beautiful moment

  • oh my god. i havent heard this song in a long time. it's soooooo refreshing hearing this song again.... timeless.

  • magic ...magic....magic...

  • Roger Taylor has an absolutely superb voice, so powerful, I love it !!!

  • I never knew Chuck norris sings.

  • @ekm1166

Anyway...u know , Chuck CAN do whatever he wants to do...so... :)

    Hahahahaha , best joke LOL

  • Oh my god, great !!

  • paul is an awesome singer

  • I'm nearly in tears. Roger Brian and Paul were beautiful singers. I do like Freddie as a singer. Infact he's my favorite singer, but Paul isn't a bad singer.

  • @theAyak808 So Im Not The Only One Then...

  • After reading about how the line "and no religion too" is sometimes cut or altered, I'm happy Queen didn't go that way.

    Cheers

  • all i can say is I Love "Queen" ..every band member of Queen ...Extremely Talented......Long Live Queen

  • Freddie, Ronnie James Dio, Scott Columbus (Manowar). Three very talented musicians that the rock/metal world will miss forever.

  • You may say that I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one.........

  • oh my god

    I'm crying

  • kurt cobain, John Lennon, Freddie. I guess Brian is right, only the good die young.

  • all this time and tjis still get to me. the best night ever. 7 days after the bombing and we can show that we will not let them get use down. the UK will keep on going what ever heppen to use.

  • without John deacon and Freddie it isn't queen. no one can replace either of them

  • i think its awesome how brian manages to play the piano riff on a acoustic awesome!!

  • Forever John..!

  • damn, i cant believe how pauls voice at the beginning resembled johns so much. crazy

  • @joeycooley brians

  • I don't need to Imagine a world with no Heaven or Hell. I don't even believe in that crap.

Paul Rodgers rocks along with John Lennon.

  • The Paul Rodgers voice is awesome

  • Do we really have to be cursing and arguing over simplicity on a song that was meant to help end cursing and arguing over petty things like that? By the way; Queen's got some complex stuff hidden away; they're second to last album, which was the last one where they had Freddie with them, is filled some more complex songwriting techniques. Look up "The Show Must go on."

  • Brian, You Rock Darling!! I'm sorry I also want to include Roger Taylor and Paul Rogers ....You guys are FABULOUS!!!

  • Brian, You Rock Darling!!

For ever Queen, and John Lennon ((ºJº)).

Lo unico que falto es la presencia de la mejor voz del mundo la de Freddie Mercury.

  • @HSAdestroy don't ever judge a band by the greatest hits. Led Zeppelin, for instance, has songs that are much more epic than Rock and Roll and Stairway to Heaven....

@juanpaxv saying that you studied this and that isn't an argument at all. avoid using it.

  • @pedrocollares I agree with the Zep part (I am a massive zep fan :)) But queen's music seem to me to lack an emotional message or a kind of, well, heaviness that I enjoy in artists such as The Beatles, and the ilk. I can see how Queen would be greatly popular and all, with such great pop hits. But I stand corrected, maybe I should experience the entire Queen catalog before I make my judgment

  • @HSAdestroy you are absolutely right!

you should experience the entire queen. its pretty goddamn worth it.

Try listening to these whole albums:

Queen I, Queen II, Night at the Opera

these are the ones I know with considerable depth, and I totally approve them. Songs as "Liar", "My Fairy King", "White Queen", "The March of the Black Queen", "Death on two Legs", "Sweet Lady", got so much power, emotional message, heaviness, and all you seek in your favourite artists. (as well as many other songs)

  • @HSAdestroy Like u (if i may be presumptuous) I was once only familiar with the hits + stayed away from 80s commercialism. My mind was changed (blown) looking into 70s albums & particularly last 2- Innuendo/Made in Heaven - both dealing with the journey of death as group/individual experience. The 70s are incandescent, ridiculously imaginative composition/arrangement/synergy when galled by hunger/adversity. In fact Queen was dismissed by critics for emotional excess not intellectual detachment.

  • @pedrocollares please do listen to the albums I mentioned, or at least the songs.

if you do it, you'll find out how fucking badly you'd regret not doing it...

  • Lennon is the biggest star and not next to Freddie,Freddie himself was a fan OF the great LENNON Brian.

  • @poussyledzep So if I was a fan of Hitler then Hitler would be better than me? I'm not obviously, but Freddie was much better than Lennon.

  • Legends never die....... They just Fade away.... miss u Freddie and Lennon... The Immortals

  • @The101rhapsody Legends never fade away either. Lennon and Freddie burn just as strongly in my mind and heart now as they ever did, and in the heart and mind of my son who was born after they passed. Some things never die.

  • The Rock Gigants are Marc Bolan, David Bowie an Freddy Mercury.

    Wer ist Justin Bieber??????

  • what is music without Freddie Mercury and John Lenon....?

    :(

  • greatest rockstar next to freddie! year so true!

  • I like some brutal metal, but this is some such a LEGENDARY SONG!... , live your life and fuck off...

  • quien es el que canta es el baterista , el guitarrista y quien es el de verde?

  • @cokejuan Paul Rodgers.

  • Freddie was a great person and character. As a musician he is sub par with Lennon, and I'm CERTAIN he would agree with me, Freddy understood the influence that Lennon had. Freddy would laugh at people who compare him with Lennon. He would be flattered.

  • @andrivc0525 u obviously have an IQ level lower than a rat's.'Queen loved The Beatles, and and their music is in some way influenced by them (as is nearly everyone after them). Freddy loved John Lennon and he would of hated you. So go fuck yourself.

  • @HSAdestroy .please do not insult me, you're not a fan of the Beatles? They are those who preach "peace and love" ... and you say these rude .. you're a total embarrassment !!!!... I'm just giving an opinion ..for me queen and his musicians are more humble

  • @andrivc0525 I'm sorry if I offended you, but in my opinion, Queen's music is too simple (with the exception of Rhapsody) and a little....dumbed down. It's NOT dumb, but it caters for the people who would have enjoyed Justin Bieber, if you catch my drift

  • @HSAdestroy really? i can appreciate we are all entitled to our own opinions, i don't agree with you but i wouldn't take your right to an opinion away..............just please please please don't mention Queen and justin "i cry nightly in to my pillow" bieber in the same sentence.....please.

  • Comment removed

  • @HSAdestroy I'm sorry, but I don't think you've heard much Queen music then.. They have a few pop hits but they covered nearly every single genre and have some of the most complex musical arrangements in rock history. People like their music simply because it's good, not because it's simple :)

  • @HSAdestroy then, apparently you don't know the most and the best of Queen

I don't like Queen's pop songs as well. But they have many songs that are some kind of complex progressive rock with epic voice harmony and lyrics.

watch?v=ckRX0k9owAY - The March of the Black Queen

listen to this song and tell me that this is simple and dumbed down.

please make an effort listening to the album "Queen II", it's worth it.

you'll see how deeply you're wrong right now and you'll get to like Queen

  • @pedrocollares Good point, maybe I shouldn't judge them based on their 'Greatest Hits'. Hmmm...You sir have got me there.

It's just that their most popular songs are, IMO, lame (except Rhapsody)..

  • @HSAdestroy How, sir doyou dare to compare Mr. Mercury with that Faggot??,

I´m only twelve years old and I already know that you are a Really !#&"#$%& Jerk.

  • @juanpaxv Faggot? Rude 12 yo boys should know that he is incapable of such discussions because of a lack of music taste/experience. You like Queen, and I respect that, just son't act so, well, childish.

  • @HSAdestroy Excuse me, did you study musicology and history uf music as I did?

  • @juanpaxv WTF a twelve yrs old? sry, but I think your still a little too young. I remember when I was twelve and I thought I knew everything there was to know about things, and then I realized I had much yet to learn, wisdom comes with age. I hope you understand I cannot discuss this with you further.

  • FREDDIE MERCURY AND QUEEN THE GREATEST BAND OF THE HISTORY....lennon only was a an arrogant man with greatness delirium

  • @andrivc0525 John arrogant? Man you have alot to learn about music is you think that. John was probably one of the nicest guys in the world. He loved his fans and would do anything for them. Peace and Love

  • @gamemasterzoomzoomom me learn about music? why do you think I chose a queen with my favorite band? they created the best music ever heard before and were more humble than some beatles musicians ....... my humble opinion is that Lennon was a little arrogant .. just that.'s just an opinion..peace and love ..God save the queen , long live to beatles

  • in general, the paul rogers interpretation of Queen was nothing particularly special, not to diss him but he was trying to fill the shoes of one of the greatest singers of the modern era, but this version of imagine is the fuckin' SHIZNIT. His voice rocks the last few verses of my favorite song of all time. This footage is straight up amazing.

  • @dohczeppelin My thoughts exactly. Thank you kind sir.

  • @Typhoon792 Ofcourse that Mercury was a musical genius but if you compare Freddie with Jhon but do it factually, John is in a higer level than Freddie. Just compare the influency of each one around the world and also compare the songs made by each. As a musical Genious John and even Paul are in a higher level than Freddie that,s a fact, though as a performer Freddie was much better than them.

  • @caryash Especially the way you phrased it, it's clear you don't know anything about Freddie. You compared Freddie to them from what you see on the surface. Influence has too many factors so as I said in the very beginning of my comment, influence aside. Freddie Mercury could have inspired as many or more, that's hard to do, but influenced he couldn't have as much because of the musical complexity and genius so it can't really be copied/taken further. Lennon & Paul on the other hand, simple.

  • @caryash

-continued... Their brilliance was in the ability to make something great out of the simplest things. Their music is what you learn at a beginner's level. Freddie's material?.. Good luck if you can ever master it. Trust me, you haven't heard & definitely haven't understood Freddie's composition. All you probably know is like Killer Queen & Bohemian Rhapsody. I respect Lennon for what he's done but giving him credit to the standard of genius like Mozart e.g., NOWHERE NEAR the talent.

  • @Typhoon792 well i didnt know that you lean "A day in a life" or "Helter Skelter" at the begginer's level. On the other hand that's what make Lennon or Mc Cartney the greatest, they created many "simple" songs that people can play or sing. It's worhtlees to create complex songs that people wont play or sing for the challenge it takes to do so. On the other hand if we talk about complex songs, Pink Floyd is ahead of Queen but It doesnt mean that Pink is better or more influential than Queen.

  • @caryash Very weak points there my friend. You're saying that an artist that doesn't challenge you in any way is good - that can easily be reproduced? Yes, in the case of The Beatles, that's what I said - that's where the brilliance lies. Bach is really hard to play for the most part, so his music was worthless? lol

Once again you are wrong though even on a technical basis in regards to Pink Floyd but I get your point. It's not like I picked some random person and said he/she is better..

  • Bands or singers make music to sell and earn money. If you make someting difficult for people to play or sing they wont do that. Most of the beatles songs are simple and beautiful melodies that can be covered or singing by most of the people, that's why they have this connection with people. Queen have more complex songs but it doesnt mean that the melodies are beautiful, and that's a
