i dont get it why people hate the opposite style of dubstep... i like the filthy dirty stuff like skism, datsik, bar9 and i like the smooth, chilling stuff like phaeleh, synkro and this one here. wheres the prob? drumnbass got the liquid and the hard stuff ( and maybe some more ) as well but there are no haters on these videos...

fantastic job. jenovaprodigal layed it down right, this is just a slower more relaxed wob. loved it. i've been a fan of the original high contrast remix ever since it showed up, and i've seen some of the filthier dubstep mixes of it, but yours is the first i've heard really match the original tone and mood while still giving it enough new shuffle. so enough ass kissin, a random guy likes your track. good work man

very nice work. i much prefer chilled and thouhgtful dub step to hard edge wobble shite. ambient and interesting. 16 bit makes some of that kind of style.people should stop trying to classify and enjoy tracks seperatly

Dubstep covers such a wide variety of sounds, especially dating back to its earlier roots in UK garage. Most of these young tossers think that just because it's not nasty filth full of wobbles it's not dubstep. I think it's a fine remix my friend and i'd drop it in a dubstep set anytime. Don't let these fools shake you man. The dubstep genre would do well not to narrow itself down to just filth and wobbles. Overspecialization leads to death.

@liddled i know its not in the conventional style that you would recognise straight away as dubstep, but its still dubstep. it has a shuffle feel to the whole song, with the use of triplets in the percussion and bass, a slightly 'dirty' sounding bass and its slow, around 140bpm. if you can think of any other characteristics of dubstep that isn't in this then please share (apart from a heavy drop which i dont think is needed/would sound right).
