I made this about a year ago so my choices would change, this was made at the time where all I played was guitar hero so my general music preference was that kind of thing! lol But now I listen to a lot of different styles however My top 3 would remain the same! Page was insanely influential and a fantastic guitarist creating memorable riffs and complex pieces just listen to Black Dog and Stairway To Heaven & Santana = king of smooth :P

I agree with the basis of most of your picks but the XXManD0 has it right. To each his own. The problem is if you ask a hippie you'll get Jerry or Tray and if you ask a metal head you'll get Darryl or Kirk. I've got some personal favorites that most people wouldn't even know. Brian May should be no.1 and also wasn't the 'beat it' solo originally done by EVH? I know that Jennifer Batten did live performances for Michael jackson but not the original recording.
