Nice videos. Maybe you covered this, but did you have any back pain or was it just leg pain? I ask because i have a herniated disc and my pain is mostly in my lower back.
I Had surgery almost 1 year ago for Cauda Equina and had been seeing a leg and foot doctor for 2 years and had no pain whatsoever in my back. Was so surprised it was not from my legs but from my back :(
