animation events and on the property editor select "select" (after pressing the animation event) and hold ctrl and deselect the hand , then create the thing u want him to hold put it on the hand , then create a constraint event , select the hand and the object and change the constraint from "lock" to "join bodies" and then simulate

to make them run open up audiomotion2 in add a character then click on the character and then right click on the time line that says audiomotion2 use an animation event look for audiomotion2 or audiomotion1 in the files or look for tutorials in the files click on run with gun

or any other files that u found before u click ok, click on transfer from referance character now click ok now all u have to do is simulate and hes running!

You have to use an audiomotion character, they're in the "third party" characters folder. Select the character then click the import icon up the top and choose an animation.
