Well if he won't say it I will. I know for a fact that if a child that age can get out of a car seat then that kid is pretty fuckin smart. If that little black kid can unlatch himself from the car seat and climb out then get him a piano, tuba, violin someting that can make him money. My brother had two daughters and they never once unlached themselves and climbed out. Even in the slimmest of chances if they did my brother (or sister in law) would pull over and put them back into the seat.
