Muslims MIGHT want us all to believe the same thing, (most religions do), but no Muslim would use violence to force this. Those acid attacks you mention are the acts or people CLAIMING to represent Islam, but they don't. I feel sorry for real, honest muslims having to put up with these people.

I could ask you the exact same things about Christianity. I can assure you that muslims haven't killed more people than christians in the last few centuries... There have been dozens of "holy wars" and christian crusades, including one in which christian countries sent hundreds of children to "fight" (or, if you will, die) in Jerusalém. There have always been and there will always be fanatics on both "sides", but they do not represent the interests of the majority.

And you talk about attacks. Yes, terrorists groups have killed many innocents in recent attacks, but what about the USA government, for example? They aren't religious fanatics and, yet, they killed thousands and thousands of innocents based solely on lies and economic interests. Intolerance and ignorance aren't atributes restricted to religions, nor to muslim or christian believers. The dinamic of religious wars are much more complex than making a certain people believe in other's God.

@eduardosg251985 I know I'm not the one you asked the question to, but it's basically a language thing. You can look at "Allah" and "Jehova" on wikipedia to get the details but basicaly Jehova stems from YHWH and Allah is the Arabic word for God (with capital G).
And it's... well, almost the same for me who's not religious as they are both s.k. Abrahamic religions (together with Christianity). I'm not sure if a jew, muslim or christian would agree though, but it's the same origin.
