Thank you and Gradma Rosa for posting these videos. I am so glad that I came across this. I made my dough from scratch but the pizza recipe is so simple yet soooo delicious. I always wanted to learn the real oldschool Italian way. Thanks. Ciao.
Once again, thank you for sharing. She is doing an excellent job. Makes me feel like reaching through the TV for a quick taste. That is rare for me. Thanks. By the way, I love the background music... very stylish : )
What I've learned from Grandma Rosa: put flour on the dough in between the times you put it in the machine and when you cut the pasta, just let it fall. Thanks Rosa!
Hi, I moved up to up state NY about 4 hr from N.Y. City and the people here do not know how to make pizza, So I tried it my self, it looked real good, very professional, but to bad it did not tast so good .
So the next time I do it I will use Grandma Rosa old world pizza, with the plum tomatos and the olive oil, I will tell you how I comes out , thanks for the great video. Lou
When I view your videos it brings back such great memories of my Italian family and the fun time we had at the kitchen table. Your recipes are what my Mama made. Thanks for bringing them alive..
Nice work, we liked your video very much so we embedded it on ChefCommons . com w/ link back and reference to Youtube. (Let us know if you don't wish for it to be featured)
once again i am amazed by the way you cook, not measuring anything all done by memory and let me tell you i have never seen pizza looking as good as you make it grandma rosa!
Well the hardest thing to make is the dough. They used ready dough. The topping is no big deal at all. I haven't figured out how to do the dough yet. Maybe I make it too thin. Maybe I should get that ready dough....
I`m British and i admire Italians and there cooking thank you for these videos royalodoyle and can you tell your lovely Granmother Rosa that Ian from England says thanks:)
What a neat lady. Eating at my Italian friends home I will never forget his mother's cooking and fast the food disappeared! Bravo Granndma Rosa and thank you!
This video just hit the hearts (and Stomachs) of every Italian American who grew up watching their grandmothers make pizza. How smart were you for capturing this priceless experience on video. A Salute!

Actually, thin round is sicilian, and isn't completely covered with cheese, it is spotted here and there with goat cheese/mozzerella.
The "sicilian" deep dish pizza is an italian-american variation.

does placing a frozen dough on a pan and making it square then adding some ready tomato sauce on the pizza need any kinda special measuring ?
