@tablloyd5 Thank you. You're not the only one sharing the opinion that my videos are commercially interesting for Yamaha. Unfortunately never heard something from Yamaha. I could use some support from Yamaha to make a nice (financial) deal for upgrading the Tyros 3 to the Tyros 4. But I guess I have to go on dreaming about this :-(.

@Paradyski Thank you so much for your kind words. Once I've stopped too. Started 1,5 year ago again when I bought the Tyros 3. Before that I haven't played for 6 years. So there is also hope for you too :-).

As you also know I have a Tyros I cable-1G Um, how can I record what I play through pc?

@betamarra If you take a look at my YouTube channel, you can find all the information of used hardware and software I use to produce the videos. Recordings on the Tyros 3 go directly to the harddiskrecorder of the Tyros. Then I export it to .wav format, so I can use in on the computer and put it in the video.

vriend die stapel is van Barbershop. Daar stonden de traantjes in de ogen zo

vernam ik.

Ook de uitleg bij menig filmpje, zeg maar proffessionele film, vind ik en naar ik aanneem vele met mij verhelderend.

Hoi Gerard. Bedankt voor je reactie. Het was erg leuk om eens iets anders te doen en dit resultaat te produceren. En ja, het nummer leent zich wel voor het oproepen van emotionele reacties. Ben zelf ook erg tevreden over het resultaat. De volgende keer wellicht weer iets vrolijkers :-).

Great production Robbie. The audio quality is superb. Could you please clarify for me how do you transfer the Tyros audio to your pc?? Does it require any apparatus or another equipment for transferring?? Thanks in advance, Telmo

Thank you Telmo! When doing a single recording you can use the HD recording on the Tyros 3 and export it to .wav file to an USB stick. But here I've used the Roland VS-1680 HD 16-track recorder to mix/master it and export it to a CD from the VS-1680. Then I grab it from the CD on a computer to do final mastering (EQ, amplifying) in Steinberg WaveLab.

This is a great multitrack project! Your instrumental accompaniment works really well with Julien's a cappella recording and the different camera angles are nice.

I'm also glad to see another Comedian Harmonists multitrack recording on YouTube. I wonder what they would have thought about this cover version.

And BTW: I also agree with Bitrixa's comment (... which she hasn't posted, yet ... kindof) that there is too much reverb on the recording :). Anyway, good work!

Thank you Patrick! This song is already for many years one of my favorites, but then known in the Dutch version from the artist Louis Neefs called "Ach Margrietje". When I heard Julien's performance is was so nice, that it woke up my inspiration and created the idea to make this video. Also due to Julien's perfect intonation of course :-)!!!

BTW: Let's wait for the repost before I repost my reaction to the repost (mmm...sounds too complex, so no re-uploads anymore ;-))

Dank je wel Harriet. Overigens is het niet de bedoeling om iedereen steeds in tranen te laten uitbarsten (alhoewel emotie in de muziek leggen ook erg mooi is), maar ik hou wel van het rustige soort muziek. Afijn, je kunt na afloop altijd nog even naar "Geef mij maar Amsterdam" luisteren om weer wat vrolijker te worden :-)
