Hmm, I wonder what he means when he says sadness is the soul. I mean, his music says to me that he can't mean sadness is life, especially not if he believes in mankind... so I wonder. Is sadness faith? Is sadness the mind/body dichotomy? Perhaps he means an aversion to sadness is the driving force at the root of the individual? I already knew that Avishai was my favorite musician alive today, but I didn't know I wanted to also talk philosophy with him.
