Well, if you just follow the built-in tutorials, you are on your way in under an hour. Ableton is one of the easiest to use production/live programs in the music world. You just need to understand the concept and layout of the program, which is fairly logical and easy.

The only thing people often confuse with "not as easy as it looks" is "lack of talent". To create some great music, you need talent, it's not something anyone can do and/or learn.

My Friend, People Dont get it Wrong Talent can be something you develope through practice and learning or you can just simply have it, but what people usually confuse is that you can learn to use Ableton but knowing nothing about Music Theory or Any Musical Knowledge it ll be very hard to build a good track nothing to do with talent, what you know as talented is just people who trains their skills by being devoted to what they chase.

I didn't realise Abelton had a GUI like Cubase, Pro Tools or Audition. i.e. a stacked horizontal audio timeline. As a DJ, i need to be able to simultaneously see as MANY tracks from my list as possible, in order. Drag & drop them where you like. Set gradual BPM & EQ changes, at any point. Layer multiple tracks over the other, if i wish. Is this easy to do, or fiddly and complicated? Thanks in advance :)
