There isn't any other "brush" just the default "brush" in Paint Tool SAI, with stabilizer at 12.

I just use the brush tool on setting 11, I don't use S-7 because it moves too slowly for my taste ^^;

It depends, generally for works like this I use 800x800

If I'm doing a large painterly work I might bump it up to 1200x1200 :3

For the lines I used size 4, and down to 2 for some small details like the cross on her collar. For sketching I used size 5 :)
