Just a tip, you may want to change the reservation fee to retainer fee. A reservation fee in the legal terms means it can be refunded while the retainer fee legally means non refundable. Just a tip@

If you do not have a business license though, can this contract still be valid if it's necessary to go to court.

I'm guessing there were two receipts so you can keep one and the consiuper can leep one themselves do the can have one to refer too also.

He saved it in the MS word 2007 format, .docx.

You can go and google "Office 2007 Compatibility Pack"

Otherwise, RRollergod, go to you document and click the arrow next to save as and save it as "Word 97-2003 Document". Anything can open that up.

wow you went all out on the contract for services...it is needed. But it could also give the wrong impression with all that fine print. It could even scare people away, but again you need to protect your investment. The mileage calculation is a good idea, is that for all reservations or just ones that are 30 miles away from your home base?
