  • his wife left him because he hit her, but we should feel sorry for him though, because hes deaf!!!!!!! hes deaf, which makes it okay!!

  • Hey, my friend Dave married on deafmatching. He is very excellent. Meet deaf singles pls check

    ~~~deafmatching dot c om~~~
  • i have watched all ur videos there very good
  • i go to florida school for the deaf
    (FSDB) Well the school is called Florida school for the deaf and blind
  • thing is for me, im only 15 and i have only been deaf fr a few months, no joke. i mean, i cant even bloody hear wats goin on in the video. needless to say i hate this! its not just that im deaf,but how i became deaf. apperently it is normal to either e born deaf or lose hearing slowly over time. i lost mine straight outta the blue. no warnin at all. though i hear people say hat thier proud to be deaf. but im not. its really gettin me dwn. im fuckin depressed. not thinkin of suicide but still.
  • hey lad ,cheer up it is not end of the world :), just enjoy it ur life while u can ,LFC :) ,
  • Mourning the loss of an ability is normal, feeling all the emotions of anguish and sadness will occur. However, you can rise above this. We all have our own challenges that we overcome in our life. Grieve for a a time, but rise above it and overcome your challenge.
  • Tears...a friend of me is alcoholic. he breaks. The family breaks apart. Financial ruin. It breaks the heart to me to watch how he is. It repeats itself as in this film. It rejects each assistance. He laughs over a withdrawal hospital. He think, he is normally. Now it is alone without its wife and children. He struck his wife.brutally. sadly.He does not know anything on the next day of it, which he did.Will my friend die? Is there still hope? Tears...
  • so i turned to alcholic and soon i feel i forgot all my worry but the next day that problem was still there and i drunk again and again i feel moody or feel good,the money that i earn mostly to get the alcholic,
    one day i was involved in road accident a car knboecked on me fracturing five rib below my left arm,
    i was in hospital for about two week no body came to visit me saying it was ll my own fault and not other,even my friends during drinking not one of them came to see me,
  • WELL ALCHOLIC AND DEAF,I was one of this true story ,in those day when i was young i fall in love but i was rejected just becoz im deaf and in the same way i was looking for job but it was hard to come by as many employer dislike the deaf but perhaps not becoz im deaf but may be they dont have any confidence in me,
  • this is fake
  • I have a deaf kid in my class at CMU here and he can function just like everyone else. I loved this video; most people do not realize that everyone has a flaw, but human imperfection is what makes appreciation.
  • ur son heard any good songs lately?
  • This short film is excellent.
    I think that people who are still alive in this world are full of potential, in Plato's way. They should never be abandoned, they should be helped, no matter what problems they may have.
    I have a similar problem, but instead of alcohol, i nedded pills to forget all the mischiefs did and love i was lefting behind. Now i am beginnig to understand my fautls, with a GREAT help from my family.
    Good luck to the future Counselor.
    As to anyone's beliefs: Read your good book
  • Deaf, alcoholic and still believes in god?
  • wow i cant believe it! I understand alot man, i feel sorry for u and ur family. Try to use hearing aids. it maybe helps..... i give u 5/5 i really like the video
  • Well, I am getting a Cochlear!
  • oh yea forgot to ask u..what happen to the last video in bed? looks like ur choking urself???
  • wow that great how u do the subtitles what program or software you use???
  • Final Cut Pro, my friend. :)
  • it is so easy for many of you to point fingers. tell you what if you are in their shoes you will not even walf 1/4 the miles so stop FUxKing point fingers.
  • This is the director. Nobody is blaming anything for the abuse of alcohol. The point of the film is to show tha addiction kills, not to excuse it.
  • It's easy to blame "deafness" for the drinking problem instead of facing the underlying real issues.
  • this video was deep in realism. my older sister is deaf with hydrocephalis and I too loss my hearing partially. This video was GREAT. At this moment, I am working on my final project for school as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor, and I am doing my final project on the Deaf Community dealing with drugs and alcohol. If you would be willing to contact me through e-mail, maybe I can get some first hand insight on your experience for my final project.
  • thanks for your good job! there are many deaf people on deafromance dot com love your videos. deafromance is a great site for communication with deaf people in your area
  • As a person with a severe hearing loss, I can relate to the feeling of being alone while in a crowd.
    Thanks for making this, so others can understand just how hard it can be to be h.o.h/deaf.
  • Thank you for watching it, OOKAMIK. I wanted to explore myself through the world of film. I have a new one that will be posted to moviewritingjoe next week. Thankfully, I did not act in it!
  • now i know how my father felt with alcoholism.
    i am sorry he had to die.
  • Very good video i do have a very good deaf friend of mine is into Alcohol so bad for long time i had tried to help him out but i feel it is not my place. until he could find out himself. Keep that up and love it. It makes me cry and hurts how much i do care for my good deaf friend.
  • Deafness leading to alcoholism happens more often then one realizes..........
  • awesome ..keep up ..it good message for other people who have same plm
  • cool awesome video
  • I agree...very well done, and it does hit me hard.
  • It hits me hard... the acoholism hurts society, people, family and person...does not matter whether you are deaf or hearing, black or white...
  • sorry but deaf people are so creepy!
  • Sorry, but people who think deaf people are creepy, well, they're creepy, too. So are blacks, Chinese, people with no arms or legs, blind folks, cancer victims, etc. Get my point?
    I'm the man this film. Shame on you for saying such words! At least I have the guts and talent to tell a story rather than resort to ignorance by calling a minority "creepy."
    Wendell E. Goff
  • why do you think deaf ppl are creepy? is it becase you dont understand them? Now thats just plain ignorant on your part huh..
  • What's creepy is idiots like teamjulius who instead educating themselves they use their freedom of speech to be dumbasses
  • Interesting. Strong message. I will share this story to our celebrate recovery at my church who have problems with acholoisms abuse and so forth. I am profound hard of hearing like him but I have hearing aids. I am not acholosims but other beside that. A lot of deaf people does have problems. Thanks. Jen-
  • Jen:
    Please share it with everybody you can. Thank you for watching it. We need to get the word out. Feel free to view the follow-up sequel.
    Wendell E. Goff
    Wendell E. Goff
  • OMG thats the most touching thing i have ever watched..Wow this is a powerful message. God bless you wendell..
  • Thanks, Mooseville. I plan to dive into the world of indie filmmaking. I'm already working out the logistics of another project about recovery from alcoholism. Be sure to watch the new follow-up visit my friend, Robert, posted.
    Wendell E. Goff
  • are you located near KY? Becase i would like to help with your films.. I am hard of hearing and my parents are fully deaf..Ive been in the deaf culture all my life..
  • I'm in Oregon, but I'm good at working out scripts and ideas with other people. I like to have a sounding board partnership so that a product is as real as possible. I'm currently rewriting my first draft of a script that will go into production before fall. You can view my site and contact me through my normal email at earnestmanproductions dot com.
    I look forward to your reply.
    Wendell E. Goff
  • This was amazing. This should have gotten so much more popularity.
  • I really enjoyed this video. Well done. I really hope Conner keeps his word to his father to follow Jesus no matter what happens.
  • try drinking snapple iced tea, sobe, jamba juice, orange juice, chocolate milk, gatorade, lemonade,,
    all those are good healthly than A-A,,
  • I think your comment is rude and ignorant. If you were really an alcoholic, you wouldn't say that. You should know what you're talking about before you make a comment.
  • Beautifully done!
  • except for the singing...god that sucks. my ears are bleeding... damn.
