3 digits, 9 divided by 3 is 3, the 1 is randomly put in, and 9+9+9=27, subtract 1 from there because of the 1 already added in; 3, 1, 26 remain, connect them to the letter and you get: CAZ?

The 1 in the beginning seems to come out of no where so lets just put that in the middle. when you add 9 9 9 together you get 21 but you take 1 number away because you added the number before therefore you have to subtract the number as well.
