Just watched the movie. Didn't understand the ending. It seems to me that they just messed it all up to get the viewer thinking the plot has a deep meaning, even though there's no sense in it at all.

Somehow Susan has the chance to understand the person who was going to kill her, he`s (or better a group of characters) illnes. But at the same time the doctor has the chance to get who he is... I liked the movie a good psicological thriller!!

What I understand for the ending is that Susan in a strange way was living a out of body experience, living some pieces of the live of the psicatrist, and he was living some pieces of Susan` s live. The rest of pieces that the psicatrist lived was all the scariest persones that appered to the live of Karen.

my thought on the ending was that the girl with the brown hair was the psychiatrist who was the one that killed her and then her husbnad killed him and he was living it through her eyes as his own personal hell.
