aww poor rachel. she doesn't deserve such nasty comments. it was actually a very good idea. for people like me, who just really need a tank top in the scorching heat of the south, it's a perfect idea! it may not look fashion forward, but it gets the job done, and if you choose a really nice t-shirt, you can go a long way.
