She doesn't die. if you look at the the Episode 8 sneak peak clips, Marnie says only one vampire died, which was Hoytes mom's neighbor. And as in the other Sneak peak where bill glamors the news lady, she asks if "vampire suicides happen often" and all they talked about was the neighbor. So im pretty sure you can guess by that right there that Jessica doesnt die. ...Which by the way is awesome :) lol
