  • Thanks for the tip!

  • This worked perfect for me!! I received the same error on VMWare Fusion after the upgrade to OS X Lion and did exactly what you said to do and it worked perfect!! Thanks!!

  • Thanks. This gives me courage to upgrade to Lion from Snow Leopard. Do you happen to know if this corrects the problem of booting up directly in the bootcamp partition from a mac cold boot? If not, not a deal killer, since I only access my Win7 partiton from Vmware anyway.

  • Does this video work for BootCamp only users or is this for VMware Fusion? i'm confused, first time Mac user.

And is it advisable to upgrade to Lion OS first before doing BootCamp for Win7 or do the BootCamp on OS X 10.6.8 first then upgrade to Lion OS X?

  • Excellent - solved my problem with a few clicks.

  • excellent, thank you so much for posting this. My problem was resolved in just a few minutes!!

  • Excellent ! I was just about to do that anyway, but I thought I would check online to see if this made anything worse (several comments running around elsewhere about incompatibility between Lion and Fusion). Simple clear and to the point!

  • @sgtsmalx exactly, I don't know who is making up the rumors, i made this video because i almost deleted my hard worked for partition that contains about 4000.00 in software i got free from school... I have no idea why someone wrote that this video was a waste of time, its mean for people that were able to install Lion... not people that got stuck on the installation part.... anyways please subscribe... thanks!
