  • I really hate the taste of egg.. unless it's in cake and cookies and other stuff.. Does this have a strong taste or smell of egg..?

  • Simple i fell like iwant to make this egg tart

  • Hi there! I don't know if your recipe is accurate. I think the egg filling should only call for egg yolks, not the whole eggs. I tried using the whole eggs couple times, but it turned into something like flan. So I adjusted the recipe, and used only egg yolks, it turned out pretty well. >.< Cost me couple batches to figure that out. :(

  • lol i tried making it... it turned out to be a total FAILL

  • what is the song called?

  • i just made it 5 mins ago and i think i added too much water to the egg batter... also i used skim milk so im not sure how it'll effect the taste... does it matter though? what should i do...:?

  • @LiuJessieKa I have a new video about egg tarts. I revised the recipe and the new video is more clear and better. :)

  • what temperature do you have to bake the tart in?

  • Thank you so much for this video - One of my most favorite things to do when I am in HK is eat egg tarts :) I think I will use your video on the weekend and make some for myself :)

  • Hi, could you do a video on making mini fruit tarts or apple crumble?

  • You left comments that you forgot to mention that water needs to be added when people said the dough was too sticky... but adding water only makes it stickier no?

Because I first followed your instructions without adding water, and even then the dough was not the same as yours. Far too sticky and buttery. Then I added water, which only made it worse...

  • @TensaiDoushiYouzen you may not need the water. You need it if the dough is too dry and that was what I needed when I was making it on that day. Humidity and environment can effect the dough. :) If it is far too sticky and buttery then u add more flour. :)

  • @TensaiDoushiYouzen and if u knead it for a while, the dough would get less sticky. :)

  • You sure that is 100 ml of water? I used a miniature measuring can (5 times smaller than the one you're using), and 100 ml of water comes up about as high as in your bigger can! looks more like 250 ml what you're holding in the video.

  • This music makes me sleepy. q - q'

  • Thanks!!!

  • actually the butter should be ice cold =)

  • i want eat
