@dukewale Two are on on small dock to the East of the Citadel, in the personal footlockers, which are locked with very hard locks. The key to the footlockers can be found next to an ammo crate in the nearby sunken boat.This was shown in the OFFICIAL wiki of Fallout 3 so dont have to worry about it being there so dont have to check Michael if you already have no bother reading this but yeah

does the color of your pip boy screen change with your karma(like bad karma turns orange, neutral is green, and good is blue) because i thought it changed with the systems

i have xbox 360 and i got them at lvl 6 or 8 i belive because i killed a brother hood dude or robot i dont rem he was walking around vault 101 when i travled there and i looted one of them after i killed them because i was bored and i got them there awsome
