That is too cool Chuck, particularly the aircraft like cabin and seating - When in LA in April 09 (Stopover from London to Auckland) I encountered one of these at LAX heading out onto the freeway - only to find it it where I was staying at the Holiday Inn at Anaheim in the carpark! - I took plenty of photos of it - identical to this, and registered IWSHIWR with Wisconsin plates...
What a great memory that brought back! When I was a kid (late 60s) one of the Wienermobiles was parked at a local shopping center in Atlanta for what seemed like a couple of weeks, maybe it was needing some service, but I always remembered getting a smile when I saw it sitting there, wish I could have gone up and given it a good looking over!
I love this one! Just for shits and giggles, I think it would be great to see the Weinermobile do a speed test at Bonneville or the Black Rock Desert. Fast sausage FTW!
