This clip is not really aimed as being an instructional. Every weekend I set my students a daily exercise challenge. This weekend is to do this for 15 minutes each day.
The reason for the clip was it gave me an opportunity to give students who were not at class some inspiration for their challenge. It really needs little explanation. The student simply links biomechanical movement on the floor with press ups. Nothing more technical than that, but challenging none the less.
Instructions: Do a press-up, move to another position, do another press-up, repeat. Make your movements slow and smooth, make your thoughts slow and smooth - flow and think.
Like it. I think I'll implement that in a shorter way with some sort of breathing + selective tension exercises.
Thank you for sharing.

Sorry about the shake. It was shot on a phone with no tripod.

This is again very useful and I am disheartened to see people requiring instruction.
It is not difficult to invent your own series of exercises and prepare the mind and body for tricky situations and any eventuality.
The message is simple, stretch every day and be better equipped surely?
