Graphics were not set to high, Server was in debug mode, and the biggest thing.... it's an MMO. You can't have Assassin's Creed / Crysis / Farcry 2 kind of graphics in a very network heavy game such as an MMO. Just way too much processing for 2009. The biggest killer being not everyone has a T3 in their basement.

Try naming a few games that look better than Darkfall (i'd say Darkfall is on par in graphics with all other currently released MMO's) We've yet to see the high graphics version of DF

This game lacks substance. Mechanics look shotty, combat looks void of skill, and playerbase seems ready to exploit and grief for the sake of making a statement. I am a huge fan of old UO but this game, which tries to take influence from UO's legacy, fails to even capture or replicate any of its spirit. Its trying to be hardcore and thats not what made UO so magical in the early days. Im sorry but this fails on so many levels and I fail to see the devs imagination or creativity.
