I think its one thing to say that you're gonna talk to someone, and then actually do it. Personally speaking, I've tried to the point where I'm sweating like a pig and all I can say is "Whats up?". If a woman initiates a convo with you jump on that shit and be relentless and tease her, make fun of her a little and make her laugh. Getting the phone number should be a peace of cake. Just 2 days ago the akward silence was about to kick in. She was telling me something and I noticed she was coming to an end, as I noticed she finished, her last words were "...so yeah, um..." and I quickly began to drink my soda to kinda play off the awkward silence that was about to happen. Mind you I was like "fuck I gotta say somthing I gotta say something", the soda finished and I came up with "...so, wait you speak spanish..." and she started talking again. I was like "phew!"
