  • Hey! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my work buddy lost tons of weight with it.

  • Fish is healthy, don't listen to these fools!!! Homo Sapiens, Homo Erectus and even Neanderthals lived on Fish. The Omega 3's found in fish are like no other and no one can refute that. These lunatic vegans are disguisted by animal flesh so they have to shove their lies and justifcations to us. Ask them why they are taking vitamin supplements in order to fill up their B-12 and other nutrients that a vegan diet obviously lacks! No one that lived passed 100 was a VEGAN because it's unhealthy!

  • @DannyGrip1 there's no b12 because we wash our food, the other nutrient is iodine and is available in other sea products than fish.

  • @JadedRoy Exactly my point! When greens weren't washed (like in some parts of India) the B-12 was present because of insects! Now how VEGAN is eating vegetables with tiny living creatures inside them? Give me a break, humans aren't adapted to being Herbivores, we are Omnivores as our evolutionary history proves. If only vegans would start eating some fish then their brain will get the Omega 3 fatty acids to smarten up to how foolish they are!

  • @DannyGrip1 no, b12 is produced by a bacteria, it has nothing to do with insects.You wouldn't even have to eat the bacteria to get the b12, they shit the b12 if you will.

  • This doctor obviously doesn't have a clue what he is tlaking about. losing calsium when eating meat can only happen if you get to little vitamin D e and eat to little vegrables containing K2. Without out it you will indeed develop weak bones.

  • I do not think we all need to be totally vegan, but we humans generally eat too much meat, especially western societies. Too much red meat, and not enough fresh fruit and vegetables. We also eat way too many empty starches. White bread had next to no nutrients in it. Even most 'wheat' breads labled as health food are mostly bleached flour with corn syrup, and a small amount of whole grain added so they can have whole grain in the name.

  • The human body needs Cholesterol from Animal Flesh to produce testosterone. The human body needs DHA/EPA from the Flesh of Fish for the healthiest and most readily available Omega 3 Fatty Acids. The human body needs an essential vitamin - Vitamin B12 from Animal Flesh to sustain life. The human body never evolved to be Vegan. Just look at how vegans look, skinny+frail+weak unless they take "supplements"!!! All the humans that lived passed 100 have never been vegan, they did avoid dairy.

  • @DannyGrip1 The human body needs no cholesterol from any food for any purpose. The human body produces the cholesterol it needs, with NO requirement for dietary cholesterol. Just as the fact that the body needs more amino acids than those found in foods doesn't mean that we need to eat them. Some aminos are essential, some non-essential--and "non-essential" doesn't mean we don't need them; it means we synthesize the non-essential and need to eat the essential. We need both; but not to eat both.

  • @d1stewart1 You should get off the ignorance of being a Vegan and look into the Paleo diet if you really want to be "scientifically correct". Those are the only foods that humans have evolved to eat in our 2.3 million years, it's only the last 5,000 years that dairy came about. What about beans? They are foreign to our body too! For you to make a statement that the body doesn't need cholesterol just shows that you aren't aware that cholesterol produces testosterone and vegans are all WEAK!

  • I really wish vegan supporting doctors/nutritionists would stop using the China Study as a supportive basis for their claims. The study was not very well done and was hardly a "study."

It contains essential fatty acids Omega 3 and 6 which are vital in heart health. The Mediterranean diet (one of the healthiest known) is full of seafood. It is low in calories and saturated fats. Now you tell me why fish is BAD for you....I am all ears.

  • Where does this guy get his statistics? China's rate of Osteoporosis is the same as the US, Indonesia is higher. And what is he talking about when he says Chinese women nursing five babies? China has population control measures that do not allow five babies. What a joke. Granted, he makes many good points about the dangers of fat and protein, but share some true statistics. Likewise, keep it scientific. And it has been recently concluded that margin is much more dangerous than butter.

  • @cantlandaswitchflip The doctor in the video did not explain why corn oil is bad.  All I've heard is that oils such as corn or soy or hydrogenated oils is bad for you because it's processed, and the more processed the more poisonous it becomes.

  • I'll never go vegan but am def cutting back on meat. I got sick a while back and went vegan for 6 weeks. I lost 10lbs. Acne cleared up. Even toned up w/limited exercise. At end of 6 weeks my infection was gone! I know this works, but no meat ever? I wont even try.

  • Should be a must on all high schools around the world. I want children -15 yrs and up- to learn this truth about food. These facts should be tested in exams; now then they will have learned something for LIFE not to forget the negative effects on behavior too , peace and NO meat!

    I think meat is good. Vegans seem to look more frail or lack skin color to me. However, I agree we are eating WAY TOO MUCH meat! I'm cutting back on meat after seeing this video. Maybe I will go vegetarian one week a month to flush the animal fat out of my system.

  • @canuck7777777 Be a weekday veggie and enjoy on weekends. Cleaning up takes longer than dirtying. That way you can enjoy on weekends and purge fat in the week. Just a suggestion.
