@Cynderrulz Technically, they're not the same pesron. They inhabit the same body, but Dark (purple hair) is 400-some years old and is actually an artwork/statue/thing. Daisuke (red hair) is 14 years old and is an actual human. I recommend reading the Wikipedia sypnosis and character list to understand better.

@Cynderrulz Oh, and about the Episode 1 thing. You're gonna have to go to another website for the English subbed ep. 1 or watch it in the English dub. The dub isn't actually that bad - I watched the entire anime in dub the first time around. Vic Mignogna voices Dark in the dub ^_^ <3 *swoon*

I think it is white night true light. I dont know where to find it in japanese but i know that Vic Mignogna did an english version of it. Sorry I couldnt be of more help

Both Daisuke and Dark are different people, its just that Dark needs a "host" to be able to appear.

that is the correct answer... Dark needs a body... and so Daisuke was trained to become dark's host. and so yeah lol i love this series for the romance in it

Honestly, no offense, but then I don't like Haruda and she pisses me off. She only judges them, and she never even met Dark. And it was so mean how he said that Daisuke was like a girl! I mean, he still has feelings. Gosh! I can't stand it though. THis is only my opinion though. xP
