  • this is gonna sound kinda weak but is it true that if you hold your stomach in while walking its like doing a bunch of crunches???

  • i been working out a lot and i rarely eat junk food but my belly fat doesnt go away..please help me! my belly is not really fat but i want it flat..

  • @MrMslovemusic2 Belly fat is the hardest to lose & the easiest to gain. Combine cardio with weights evenly for the best results but do cardio after weights, you can burn double the calories. Losing weight is a really simple formula, burn more calories than you intake, but the type of calories you intake can play a factor. You may eat a lot of fruit & think it's healthy but fruit has lots of sugars which spikes your insulin. just be careful 'where' you get your calories from.

  • @JoshBreitenbach yes I hae been doing cardio with weights too for almost 3 weeks and I noticed that my abs are still the same but my booty got flat =(

  • @MrMslovemusic2 hehe. I've been 'body building' for years now which brings me to gain and lose weight a couple times a year and what I've noticed is that each person loses weight in different places. I lose weight first in my thighs. I literally go from barely fitting into some pants to having them loose without any changes in my mid section. It should take a lot longer than 3 weeks to really notice changes in your abs though, keep at it, your butt getting flat is 1 step closer to your flat abs

  • making stomach flat does not need training the abdominal muscles. You can achieve this when u start to wast energy more that u consume by eating food. You musnt stop eating u should start moving and exercising more. A lot of people dont train the muscles on stomach however they "stick out" That's because they dont have fat on top of the muscles. By training all of your body u will waste more energy and lose more fat ...

  • @YourLookinAtHim If you do a lunge correctly, it should work a lot of muscles. You should always be holding your stomach in when you do lunges, which should work the bottom part of your stomach.

  • @castillowarrior They actually do. Genetics play a role in your cholesterol and the amount of cortisol you produce, which can add stomach fat.

  • doing knee raises crunches sit ups will not get you a flat stomach if your already fat you first have to get rid of that layer of fat covering your abs

  • i'm only 68kg but my stomach sometimes looks huuuge. i know it's my diet though, i think that if i ate healthy i would actually look me weight (which isn't much for a guy).

  • The trainer showed us what kind of crunches you need to do in order to get rid of fat. It will not make your ab muscles bigger. Pay attention to the video before arguing. He also says that getting rid of fat is what makes a flat stomach. Good luck to you all.

  • @QuickXilver crunches are fairly ineffective at getting rid of fat try HIIT (high intensity interval training) for burning muscle. you cant target areas to burn fat in. the only reason to do crunches is to increase the amount of muscle in that area.

  • Nothing new about these exercises and hes also wrong, you CANT spot burn fat, its impossible, you can make 100.000 crunches and your fat procent will still be the same, but your muscles will get bigger and you will not need as low a fat procent to see your six pack.

  • I just wish someone would be real with us all and not make all these infomercials with perfectly cut people saying they used this machine to get muscular and thin. I do like your advice, well you be back daily to talk to us???
