I think his voice changed because he was in the Royal Navy. Before, when he was a pirate, he drank too much rum, and it influences the voice. I think they changed the voice of purpose, to emphasize this.

They didnt expand on the concept of zombies

Blackbeard was hardly fearsome

The plot wasnt great at all

The mermaid section was rather lame

No orlando bloom

Cheesy dialogue - trying to hard to be funny

That religious nut had nothing to do with anything

The battle at the end was small and lame

The CGI quality was way downgraded - there were no epic ship to ship combat or large scale fight scenes

As far as I know, this SPECIFIC rendition of the song is not on any soundtrack yet. However, it takes the beginning melody of "Barbossa is Hungry" from the very first Pirates movie when Barbossa is giving out his speech of King'd Men. The music at the beginning of the clip comes from the track "Mermaids" in the On Stranger Tides soundtrack.

However, I do know that a script for a fifth film has been completed and turned in to the producers at Disney. It's likely, but not definite yet. Keep your fingers crossed!

Goodbye Lt. Commanders Groves and Gillette. You two were great characters, and the last of Norringtons officers that will be seen in the films. (Gillette was slashed in the back by Blackbeard and Barbossa threw him off saying "Get off me!". Groves was shot by the spanish while holding the british flag, claiming the land for Britain.) A shame that Gillette was killed when he wasnt in POTC 2 or 3. These two are gone but not forgotten. If anyone else is sad or mad, thumbs up and leave me a message

On the contrary, it was even better without them. The movie was the best of the series. The choice of actors was phenomenal, Ian Mcshane was extraordinary and just adding Captain Teaque for that simple part was marvelous. All in all, i didnt even miss Will and Elizabeth. Penelope was superb and then some.

@LambChopsification He was asking the opposite question why was GIBBS with Barbossa and not Jack because at the end of POTC3 Gibbs was with Jack when he the ship was stolen and went with those hookers, gibbs was not part of the crew Barbossa stole as I said he was with Jack and anyways Gibbs was forced to go with Barbossa on the journey because he burnt the map and was the only one that Barbossa knew that could lead them to the Fountain of Youth.
