Someone else (Probably Jess Harnell, as stated on IMDB - all I'm sure of is he's the same guy was whoever did Hunter in this game, cause I remember reading that in the manual) did Spyro in A Hero's Tail, and Carlos Alazraqui (Rocko from Rocko's Modern Life) was originally Spyro in the first game.
