I listen to Alexisonfire, that's not post-hardcore, because it's not drawn from punk, but more so from metalcore; So in a sense it's post-hardcore, but a different genre.
@NOWAYOUT688 Dude Fallout Boy definitely has emo songs. This is definitely not one of them, but it can definitely be argued that they have emo qualities. Overall they're just a typical pop punk band though.

I love every FOB album made! each one has new stories to tell, sure they have different sounds but the meanings are so much more important. people diss folie a deux but I mean come on, listen to the song "what a catch donnie" and I guarantee all of the memories you have including FOB will flood into your mind, and that is a making of a great song!!
To everyone saying that they won't come back, you obviously have forgotten about Blink-182. One of their members quit, and they went on hiatus. After a few years, they got back together, forgot why they had any problems, and went back to making music. There's still hope for FOB, just give them a bit of time to gather their thoughts.

Every time I listen to "What a Catch, Donnie" memories of FOB come flooding back. That was a song that an epic can be written about, even though it's an epic of a band called Fall Out Boy. Yet I digress. Fall Out Boy needs to come back.

Though no one really knows who they are (Seein Red, Save Me, Up All Night, Rest of My Life.)They were on hiatus for 6years (singer's house burned down during that time.)Now they came back with Swan.So "hiatus"by no means that Fall Out Boy'll never come back.I just hope Pete stops writing all angsty depression-laiden songs that were in several of the albums.Some are okay, but,c'mon,after being famous for years now,he has to have SOME Happy lyrics to share!
