i have exprienced...Extensors response gives 100% result...as compared to flexion response...i had tried 100 of times....whatz ur exprience....but its sometime diffcult to get....Flexion response easy to get...but has sparing effect most of the time....share ur exprience....

Hello. I believe this is the only Franco approach supraclavicular block I've seen in youtube. Its great, it's a pitty one cannot see how you handle the needle in order to obtain the desired response.
