This is sad that people in my own country can be that ignorant, but my issue is that a Brit is doing the interview. Jay Leno does it all the time with his segments called "Jaywalking" and it is very funny. Why not do this show in Britain with your own people and see how up to date they are. That might be more tasteful. Doing it this way is bad for public relations between the two countries.

Of course I know if you interview 20 people you'll undoubtedly get 5 or 6 ignorant ones. What's next to send an Israeli to interview Palestinians to test their knowledge of Palestine?
