Great song and awesome remake. As someone who is close to the same age as the members of moe. I can understand why they chose this song. Big Country was a great group and was Pete Townshend's musicians when he was solo. My only regret is that Stuart didn't listen to his own great lyrics... Cheers

hmm.. this is a studio version where as the dashboard version was live.. I highly doubt this version would sound anywhere close to this live. The dashboard singer used his own version of the song and he sounds fine, his style. I dont think its great but its fine and the guitar player was spot on for live. I rate both these about the same.. i want to hear this live and then can debate it .. thank you and goodnight !!

I actually prefer moe.'s live shows. They're one of those bands who's live music usually blows their studio albums right out of the water. The music for the DC version was good, but I personally thought their vocalist KILLED the song...but that's just me. Moe. has live music on the archive website...you should check it out. It's all audience recordings so the sound quality blows, but you can still tell the music is good. Say the word, and I'll send you some links.
