You can hate on Mayers speech, but he was heavily influenced by SRV, and him giving this speech kinda reminds me of the speeches SRV used to give during "Life Without You", kinda just imulating his influences and heroes, nothing wrong with that! Plus Mayer to me is very underrated when it comes to playing the guitar one of the best these days

@Danjd1 wow.....my wife and i saw him twice in less than 30 days...in 2 different venues.....and we saw the girls, but realized that the outdoor ampitheaters are the best way to watch him. get tickets for the back lawn area and chill.....that was a great to appreciate him.
