the music just a little distracting. It if were mostly visuals, it would work. I had a hard time reading and listening at the same time. Not because the info or music wasn't good, but together, the message is less clear.

I have been studying sound healing and there is something about the frequency and rate of some music that doesn't allow the brain to process the rapid or loud input. It also only caters to the base chakras for the most part.

Music is like medicine. How we use it is key. peace.
