it never did break, lasted through some pretty heavy abuse, a lot of burnouts and general thrashing. That car is long gone now, crushed for scrap metal.
I had mine for a year and it never broke, in comparison your first feel its like a slingshot coming out of a donut, and the car feels more powerfull and solid
