I've used Tiger Direct several times, prices are often comparable to Newegg and others, shipping is fast and cheap. I don't know good they are on returns, been lucky enough to never receive a doa part.

I like and use Newegg as well, it's all personal preference I guess.

That pc would not be $500 these days. That sound card wil not devalue and is rather expensive even to this day. As for the water cooling setup the fittings and such still have value to them and to recreate that system today while being a lot cheaper it would not be $500.
