I had Scalextric Digital and it was garbage. If I ran more than 3 cars with 2 power packs, the power track would smoke. Not enough power to run the track length. Scalextric track sucks anyways because it has terrible connections. Does this system have any flaws. I sold my garbage, but need to know whats better, SCX or Carrera

For me it's perfect! That's of course no ultimate fact, just my opinion...

I have the Carrera system and the quality is really good. You still should place a power-support every 8-10 m if you wanna have nice equal power everywhere. (i just used ordinary speaker-wire to connect the remote parts of the track to the power source and it worked alright)

I don't know much about 143, but I suppose not. Probably at least the tracks are too small...

It is a 23.30 m track, 1 dual-lane change and two single lane changes. Pitstop-lane and lapcounter are planned once available :-)
