so the reason Amy and Rory are together because of thier daughter who was able to become their friend because she regenated in the 60s and the reason for that was because she was "made" in the TARDIS on Amy and Rory wedding night. So if Mel wasn't their freind, Amy and Rory would be together there be no River and the Doctor would did in the Libary and thus never Amy thereby setting up the events leading up to River birth. Does anyone understand this?
