  • @RetSquid your brain is rotting every second that goes by.You will not be spared. If you dont repent and you dont turn around from your evil nature then mark my words again: You will not be spared.God doesnt play around , you silly shadow.God doesnt play around. The pain that you will start feeling soon will not go away.Remember this when you feel that pain.

  • @MrRcket

LOL!!! You are nuts. God finds no fault in me, I am Covered.

  • @RetSquid Claims - " God finds no fault in me, I am Covered." So you are cleared to lust of the EyEs and to continue in sinful activity ? How is that any different than the Sinner ?

OH you are a Sinner cleared and given the O.k. to continue in Sin ? Weird concept is it not ?

  • this woman is a true american hero! and there are others like her"the only thing necessary for evil to triumph, is for good men to do nothing" edmund burke. another one "those who make peaceful revolution impossible make violent ones inevitable" by the last real president JFK. there is no such thing as whistle blower protection, good people just get killed, and it does not matter if you are black or white. we are all slaves. SO on your knees or on your feet! either way we will all parish.

  • @josekma1

Sherry Jackson is a liar and a convict. She is the 'evil' that didn't triumph due to good men doing something.

  • @RetSquid Eat a dick.

  • >>>> WARNING: Don't waste your time debating with --------> "RetSquid."

He's either a paid dis-info agent of the IRS and/or the Federal Reserve, or he's simply a jack-off cheerleader for Slavery Inc.

Scroll through the old comments from this video and MANY others like it, and you'll see he's been trolling them for up to 4 YEARS. He trolls tax protest videos only. Strange, don't you think?

  • Here is a true, powerful Moorish Sister in action. Most black women these days are feeble and perpetuate the system. Ms. Jackson: YOU ARE FOR REAL!!!!

  • @scobbler1976

She's not 'moorish' and she's a convict, just out on parole.

  • @RetSquid so long as she gave full disclosure which we know she did, absolutely not!

  • @fa11244 you've directed your comments to the wrong person. Again, I totally support Sherry!

  • @MsTheresaKelly1

Oh, I am so sorry Ms. I have written to the wrong person.

  • @fa11234 I think you're responding to the wrong person. I totally support Sherry!

  • @MsTheresaKelly1

If she was so great and knew that there was no law for income tax, why did she keep filing income tax statements for her clients? Not only that, but she made over $400,000 doing it! Wouldn't that be cheating your clients or commiting fraud on them?

  • WHAT IS HAPPENED TO THIS GREAT LADY? I HAVE READ SHE WAS IMPROSONED AND TORTURED... HOPE, SHE SURVIVED MURDER ATTEMPT. SHE RISKED HER LIFE FOR PEOPLE.

  • Respect to Sherry Peel Jackson!!

  • She should sue IRS, and return all the reward/commendation given to her by IRS,

better she should burn it in front of the media as defiance against cruel system which granted her equally cruel awards. Martin Luther lives again....

  • @RedSquid I don't know about you but I could use that $400,000.00 reward money...if you can find the law...I've looked, I can't find it!

  • @MsTheresaKelly1

It's a bogus claim. You can never prove it to "their satisfaction", it is not legally enforcable in any court.

  • RetSquid, Of course we will never see them accept it to "their satisfaction" because they don't care what we think. They are criminals willing to initiate aggression upon peaceful people. However, in your own mind, is ye who has the biggest gun, right?

  • @AngryHateMusic

Sorry, you misunderstood. My "THEY" is the tax protestors who offered the reward. THEY know they will never have to pay no matter what you prove, they will just say, "nope I don't think I believe it." and you cannot win.

She lost her case because it was obvious she didn't file when she was required to file. Her excuse was that she didn't know what an 'individual' was. Now THAT is just sad.

  • @RetSquid, thanks for clarifying, you are correct they would not have to pay, after all it is only their reputations they stake. They don't hold a gun to anyone's head and I can choose to share their recant with everyone if they fail to do what they say. I find I don't get calls or make any money if I do things like that. Americans love the lottery though :). You say "she was required to file", what do you mean? Is he who has the biggest gun, right? If not, what makes him wrong?

  • @AngryHateMusic

"They" already have a bad reputation, 'they' have already won court cases that prove they don't have to pay because, even thought it WAS proven, it wasn't proven to THEIR satisfation. She was required to file because she had over the minimum amount of income dictated by law.

Most of those "prove the law exists" people have multiple things that you have to prove, including some basic ones that are right, so he can NEVER be proven wrong.

  • @MsTheresaKelly1 I can't believe that people like you still exist. The woman if fighting for your freedom, for your right and every American rights. You think Mrs. Jackson just suddenly thought she would take on the IRS and the Feds. She knew the deal, but went on anyway. She did her homework, she was a former IRS agent. Even if you think that she's wrong, at least you could admire what the woman is doing, standing for her right. My father always have this saying:

  • @MsTheresaKelly1 “A man that stands on principle and what he think is right is the mightiest man he's ever known.” That's more than I probably think you could ever do in your lifetime. There a lots of former IRS agents that's seeing the light. America is not the country you think it is anymore, it's a Plutocracy and a fascism state. And the people that are oppressing the American people are banking that we don't excerise our rights.

  • MsTheresaKelly1

You've seen in the news there are countries, people who are crying and dying to have freedom, what most Americans take for granted. Some people burn themselves alive as a protest to have it. What good is living, if you no longer have the will to live your life as you see fit for you and your children. There is corruption in the world, open your eyes and see or be forever blind. There will come a day when the powers that be, will no longer be. What would you say then?

  • @fa11234, unfortunately this happens in Amerka as well but just doesn't get on the news anywhere. A man named Thomas James Ball Self-Immolated in Protest of the “Justice” System on the front step of the Keene, NH district courthouse on June 16, 2011.

"There will come a day when the powers that be, will no longer be. What would you say then? " I would say, about time.

  • @AngryHateMusic

Obviously a very confused and desperate person. He says he loves his kids, but that is an obvious lie, he just killed their father.

  • @RetSquid yeah a very selfish man indeed.

  • @AngryHateMusic

Being selfish is one of the main causes of suicide, if you actually cared about your friends and family, you would never cause them that much pain.

  • @AngryHateMusic

I just now saw your post. I see that you're a Buster Keaton fan, so I'm I. Thanks for your post. I know what you're talking about, I also remembered the Ball man in the news. It's so sad that some people have to go to this extreme in oder to have their voice heard. I just got so angry that this person for what they had posted about Mrs. Jackson. You just don't joke about a person suffering no matter what.

  • RetSquid then show me the law from the tax code, if there such a law! It is on profits n gains not on wages n labor!

  • @RetSquid we hate being duped into paying illegal taxes to a non goverment entity like the Fed Reserve! I'd gladly go to prison b/f paying illegal taxes again! Sherry is a hero!

  • @MsTheresaKelly1

Maybe you should find out where to send your taxes...if you are sending them to the Fed, you screwed up, they should be sent to the Treasury.

  • It's because of Sherry that I did my own research and stopped paying taxes. I've sent the videos out to all I know!

  • @MsTheresaKelly1 Thank You!

  • Sherry is now out of prison and at "halfway house."

  • Sherry Peel Jackson is a very brave woman!!

The way she has been treated in jail is befuddling but not unexpected as they are trying to break her mind, body & soul down.

  • Did this woman die?

  • @xxdiogenescynicxx no her projected release date is 08/08/2011 -188 days

  • On March 2, 2002, a photograph of Simkanin and four other people] appeared in a full-page advertisement in USA Today which announced that he had not withheld income taxes from the paychecks of his company's employees because he believed the income tax to be voluntary. The advertisement also requested donations for the We the People Foundation.

In June 2003, Simkanin was arrested.

On January 7, 2004, he was convicted.

  • Richard Michael Simkanin was found guilty of ten counts of willful failure to collect, account for and pay over taxes due; 15 counts of making false claims against the United States; and four counts of failure to file individual income tax returns.

The defense called Joseph Banister, a former IRS Criminal Investigator, who now claims there is no law mandating income taxes. Simkanin was sentenced to 7 years

Simkanin died while serving his sentence in late 2010

  • Joe Banister pays his income taxes while his followers go to prison.

Charles Thomas Clayton - 5 years.

SHERRY PEEL JACKSON - 4 years.

Richard Michael Simkanin - 7 years.

Matthew J. Allen - guilty 3 felony counts.

    Wesley Snipes - 3 years.

Walter Allen Thompson - six years.

Joe provides job security for IRS agents

  • R.I.P. Richard Michael Simkanin - They could not take your dignity. They could not take your pride. They could not take your compassion. They took the only thing from you that they could. Your life. You will never be forgotten.

  • @AngryHateMusic

Sucks to die in jail, a proven liar and fraud.

  • @RetSquid feel free to expand on your comment. I would think someone of your proud standard could enlighten the rest of us, or are you just a tool? Perhaps, try reason and evidence if you wish to be taken seriously.

  • @AngryHateMusic

    1) He's dead.

    2) He was in prison at that time.

    3) He lied about his taxes.

    4) He defrauded the rest of us by doing so.

    5) That sucks.

Would you like an entire post on the legality of income tax?

  • @RetSquid

    "1) He's dead." - True

"2) He was in prison at that time." - True

"3) He lied about his taxes." - He simply tried to not get robbed and refused to rob others...

"4) He defrauded the rest of us by doing so." - He did not defraud anyone I know. Your salary is fraud and you will be violent to get it.

    "5) That sucks." - True

"Would you like an entire post on the legality of income tax?" I already know you are a gangster and no amount of print or pen can change that.

  • @AngryHateMusic

Wow, you really need your head examined.

How does my salary for a warehouse job fraud?

But, good to see that you will continue to bury your head in that sand in the facts of Truth and Facts.

Make sure you don't listen to anyone who disagrees with the convicts....

  • @RetSquid your profile is where I obtained my assumptions of your current income. "20 Years of Honorable Service. Been there, Done that, got the T-shirt." I apologize if that was incorrect but you are so proud I assumed you were still being used.

Oh and truth and facts are not made by pen on paper. Violence and aggression are not right because you say so.

  • @AngryHateMusic

You read it but couldn't figure out the "Ret" means "Retired"?

So, you are basically an anarchist that hates any form of government because it is 'force'?

  • @RetSquid Oh, I thought "Ret" meant "Retarted"...

  • @AngryHateMusic

Nope, I've never been a "tart" so I can't be it again.

I guess you have the market on "Tard" covered.

  • @RetSquid,

"Nope, I've never been a "tart" so I can't be it again."

    LOL! Have you any more?

  • @AngryHateMusic

    Tons.
