  • Your contribution proves: music doesn´t have to make concessions to people´s expectations concerning entertainment, danceable structure or something like that. please go on to despise traditional schemes in future. it´s nice that you dare to play monotonous music. it reminds me a bit to the final part of "birds" performed by fred frith.

  • when i listen to this, i want to meet some horses... i don't know why...

  • Ohhh... Nature... Soon we will forget all about you! But horses are beautiful. I see lust in your words, my friend! =D

  • Sounds good, very intricate and textured. Only thing I'd suggest is that there'd be more differentiation as it can become a bit repetitive. For instance a change in the timing at certain parts would be wise as it would make the sound more complex and thus more interesting.

    Peace

  • Thanxs! As you sure know, minimalism can be repetitive, but not in a pejorative way.

It`s not this band`s intention, but this is an improvisation. They`re going to record some of their written pieces in a few weeks. Those musical constructions have several parts that coexist together, or maybe they clash between them?

There is an interesting dichotomy when speaking about improvisation & composition. Both concepts have pros & cons, obviously...

Anyway, thanxs & peace to you, mate! =D
