  • This guy is the boss.

  • Did He Just Call Mexicans Creatures!? 0.o

  • I wonder when the human race will realize that prohibition not only does NOT work, but makes the problems worse.

  • "lol yep this is real life" lolol

  • he needs to come down to alabama

  • i was gonna go to school today, but then i got high, ate some good food and just chilled out.

  • I so agree with him 100% because 100,000 law enforcers & law makers simply cannot make 130,000,000 drug users disappear as long as they continue to multiply.

  • Here here!!

  • such a stupid amount of fuss over a fucking plant, worldwide coalitions need to stop with all these pussy ass drugs laws which have been around for yonks which have been proven have only really made things worse, people are always going to be against drug usage whether its illegal or legal, but for christ's sakes legalize it, it might work it might not but its worth a shot!

  • I don't like mariguana and I think they shouldn't legalize it is just stupid ....

  • @mandu0214 hello sheep baaaaaaaa

  • I aware he says etcetera alottt

  • Go Jim!

  • 26 people are dedicated trolls.

  • this guy makes me not totally hate politicians as of right now

  • @ericdz3 Too bad that as of right now he's retired :(

  • All state judges should have the good moral character to stand-up like the judge in this video and call it like it is, in terms of ending reefer prohibition before their respective state legislatures.

  • nice to hear someone from the establishment talking in a rational way about the erb, although I would imagine he is a maverick voice.

  • smoke weed, etc..

  • He knows whats good.

  • Jim Gray should cross the pond and come talk to our MP's ... They ain't got a clue how to go forward with regards to marijuana misuse!

  • Fuck yes

  • best speech ever

  • amen

    HALELELUA

  • Well for a million fucking retards of course there is a smart guy

  • it will be legal somebody. the reason being. the people who are in congress now are old. (i'm 19)

you look at the group of people age wise who want marijuana legalized. it is the young. when THE FUTURE GENERATION! WHICH IS US! get into the white house. its a done deal.

    give it 40 years.

    BUT I DON'T HAVE 40 FUCKING YEARS!@#$%

  • well never make it legal. well be taken over by china before our country ever gets the balls to legalize pot

  • may god bless Mr gray!

  • Mostly this video is a great argument. But he's wrong about the potency issue, but that issue is misrepresented in the first place. People smoke much less of the more potent strain for one, they don't avoid it. For another, most shady dealers in the ghetto sell crappy product. The good stuff you get from enthusiasts and professionals. Also, the only people who use children as dealers are inner city ghetto dealers who are dealing crack and hard drugs, and this is hardly prevalent.

  • @evilyig You have it all wrong. Highschool and college, its all high grade. unless your one of the people whos always broke then you get mids. But yea 50% of every college and highschool smokes bud and 75% are smoking POTENT bud. In middle school it was mostly mid grade lol..

  • @Kick2theFlip This greatly depends on where you live in country, but it doesn't change what I said. Mexican product is not what you see in California pot shops, it's domestic quality stuff. The hihg quality strains come from enthusiasts and home grow ops. If you get bud from some gangster gang member it's mostly all Mexican grade stuff unless you're on the East or West coast or your gangster has a hook up through the professional growers.

  • @Kick2theFlip And binge smoking teenagers and college students are not the issue here. It's the average habitual smoker. You get the good stuff, you don't smoke blunts of it. You smoke a lot less on average than someone who smokes domestic quality. A join of the good stuff can cost up to 20 dollars, a joint of domestic costs 3 dollars. But you only need a couple of hits off a potent joint to be as high as you would of an entire domestic joint.

  • @evilyig Man.. i live in st. louis. My cousin lives in washington DC and i have a really good friend in arizona. Prices are pretty much the same everywere they only vary $5-10. I have never heard of a $20 joint... a Gram blunt of kush is $20.. And im sorry i didnt mean to say its all highschool and college kids smoking high grade, i meant to say thats whos selling it. I havnt seen mexican brick weed in like 2 years lol. But your right the average adult smokes way less then college/highschool kid

  • The only reason marijuana isnot legal right now is because if your caught with a dimebag of marijuana, the government can just write you a $200 ticket, whereas if it was legal, it would only be around $12. The bastards just don't want to give that money up. They're putting on this act like they actually care about the american people. They're just a bunch of greedy assholes. If they cared about the american people, we'd have freedom of choice. Free country my ass.

  • @iAmTheEndOfTheWorld0 True as hell man, preach the truth!

  • @iAmTheEndOfTheWorld0 This is a dumb reason anyway. If the government would make it legal and tax it, it could cost FAR less than it does on the street, with higher quality, AND the government would make BANK off it. Not to mention it would get rid of most of the drug trafficking in the states.

  • All they do is smoke marijuana. Lol

  • Hell yea

  • that guy for president.

  • @dwnrety1 I don't know much about Ron Paul's other policies, but he has pretty much these same ideas

  • Go weed!

  • how do you say no to that? seriously how? he found the happy medium between prohibition and legalization, REGULATION!

  • HEY did you hear about the robbery that took the police 1 hour to get to??

Nah i was to busy getting busted by the cops for smoking a plant on my couch

  • @ispeakthetruthful I agree fella what a cockeyed world we live in, should have mentioned cigs have obver 62 cancer related properties also and thsat not one and i repeat one person has died from smokeing weed.

When it comes to money they dont give a fuk if you lose your life or not, so yer fuk these hypocrites and well spoken mr speaker.

  • Good man

  • The world is waking up.

  • @benwil1785 Dont be so hopeful man, the world is still fast asleep

  • The Illuminutcases don't want us smoking the herb of health and truth

  • we can drink alchol with risk of overdose, liver damage for a good time.

we can smoke tar with no upside, and know its only going to kill us.

or smoke pot for good time, with risk of temporary memory loss and no motivation...

    words of a high man

  • I wish I could give this guy 10 thumbs up instead of just 1!

  • Weed equals money. The government cant control you if you're growing money in your home.

  • Glamorize it. Freedom!

  • Wish people would stop saying "marijuana" is a slang term coined during the reefer madness propaganda period.

  • why is tobacco and drinking legal when both are more dangerous to you and others? lol

  • @killerdudelol government makes way more money of pharmaceutical companies and the timber industry. Oh and lets not forget about how cars could run on hemp and get better gas mileage. but offcourse the government would lose money so saving the earth is out of the question.

  • LIKE A BOSS

  • Illegalization of alcohol created both the criminal underworld AND the law enforcement establishment at the federal level -- money went to cops and crooks. This whole charade would collapse if pot were decriminalized and common sense would be allowed to prevail.

  • You sir are a legend

  • Coudnt have sed that better mate! Wea du u get those horseys from?

  • Why is everyone writing paragraph's?

  • @ToXicALiieN were writing paragraphs because we all feel strongly in the legalization of marijuana and we are giving our own opinions. and giving the facts not the bullshit lies the media tries to feed us

  • If Marijuana was legalized the crime rate would go down increasingly A LOT of people would not be in jail for being high or having weed which means that jails would close down because the majority of the crimes that sent them there were weed related which means taxes would go down since our money goes to jails & Billions & billions of dollars would be made for the Gov't. Weed is the most profited shared crop in the US & its ILLEGAL! Obviously thats saying something PLUS its not life threatening

  • Look at the likes on this vid...no way this a democracy anymore, if it was, marijuana would have LONG been legal. Nice one America

  • Christ u people dont get do u no matter what happens legalized or not people will be pissed. U cant please everybody in this nation we have the liberty to have an opinion. Marijuana is not dangerous like heroin or cocaine god the native americans smoked it its been here for a very long time with people knowing the basic effects of it. So look what they did they got high but they used it responsibly for rituals or special events. So why cant we smoke it. Simple the government saw only the negat

  • 72 virgin ask the afghans about poppy in the field they have a lot of it... may be you will made video poppy field in afghanistan...

  • its sad for the very simple fact that we as the people have no idea how much power lays in our damn hands

the politicians and the president dont have as much power as the people, and the drop that will overflow the glass will be the moment when the people realize their power

hopefully that moment is nearer than we expect

  • Im 17 I dont live in the ghetto and i know atleast 10 people who can get me weed

  • Wow, this guy is like a superhero

  • Cool horse

  • brilliant intro

  • "If it is ever legalized that will only mark the future destruction of this nation. Game over is hilariously appropriate for you to say."

Cannabis was legal when this nation was founded and built into an economic superpower. Yet, according to you, legalizing that substance will destroy our nation? If by 'destroy our nation' you mean bringing in billions in revenue, creating thousands of jobs, and reducing the prison population, then I say let's bring this nation to its knees.

  • @herpeslip beautiful choice of words stay strong spirituality and physicality....btw u should not argu with stupid ppl cuz they will eventualy bring u down to there level trust me i tried ...never the less nice comment...

  • @herpeslip

Are you retarded? go get some education. This whole video is not about legalization of marijuana but about controlled distribution. Legallizing marijuana is a whole different matter, where you will have every god damn person growing and selling it. It will put people to a serious health risk, and cigarettes&alcohols price will plummet as marijuana will serve as substitute. That's not billions of revenue. Creation of job & reduction in prison pop? LOL

  • @AllstarHunE Just by the first sentance you have proven the rest of your post is not worth reading and anything you say against marijuana should never be taken seriously.

  • @AllstarHunE

GIT YERSELF SOME A DAT EDUCATION, SON.

  • @TheSonorama21

education to you is probably some youtube videos.

  • @AllstarHunE

No, it's university courses. Nice try man.

  • @AllstarHunE Dumb ass, people won't get arrested for it because it's no longer against the law, reducing the prison population via release of all inmates convicted of non-violent marijuana use and eliminating future person(s) from getting charged in relation with marijuana. HEMP can make over 5000 textile products, which means manufacturing it and making different items. Health risk? It will be far less harmful then cigarettes, GUARANTEED.You need to educate yourself before posting.

  • @OneKidChanges

right. education. youtube. ok. and fyi people dont get arrested for usage of marijuana alone. You have no idea how retarded it is to say legallizing marijuana would decrease prison population.

  • @AllstarHunE...Are you saying that anything on youtube has no educational benefit? I see a former Judge talking about legitimate reasons Marijuana should be controlled. I trust this guy more than your no good governmental propagandists. Can you not think for yourself?

  • @commonsensepleese

If you had the ability to read English, then you would understand what I'm saying is same as what is said in the video. I pointed out that what's discussed in this video is not about legallization of marijuana, but it is about controlled distribution. Also there is no merit in having a debate on Youtube, even more so against bunch of pot heads who are not responsible or intelligent enough to understand political agenda. All the more reason marijuana should be controlled.

  • @AllstarHunE plenty smart and responsible Americans smoke marijuana.

  • @ElusiaBoomkin

Plenty, smart, and responsible. All these are measured subjectively. Therefore, I cannot grasp what you're trying to convey through the statement.

  • @AllstarHunE I believe he explains it rather cogently in the video at 1:05 - 1:11. Just listen to that one little soundclip lol. It says, quite literally, the precise opposite of what you just said. The exact opposite. He's a superior court judge, I think he probably knows what he's talking about. Just sayin

  • The government has no business in our business. End of story.

  • i am a regular marijuana user, i believe in peace and love, im a hippy to an extent, keep smoking, weed is safer than alcohol, even soda, world peace :D one love!!!

  • but i do get what your saying..,... know knows what will happen when the government controls it

  • @blklightning330 dude not really if you think about it all drugs cost much less after they become legal because it is more available

  • regulate and control ...yeah, we're fucked. the government is gonna get involved and fuck it all up. you think the shit's expensive now? just wait til it's legal.

  • smoke up, motherfuckers. they can't arrest us all.

  • @blklightning330 best comment so far

  • Cindybin2001 yes you have a right to express your opinions this is America and that is why it's great. Well thats good your not a racist :) I respect your opinion and actually I do agree with some points you made especially in regards to coming to work high and children. There needs to be alot more reform for it to become legal. Just after living in Canada for a little my perspective changed on marijuana laws. I'm not angry at you for your views at all actually I respect that you are standing u

  • Cindybin2001 sounds like my redneck racist uncle who hated weed. Died of liver cancer at 65 and was a horrible father. Anyway were on this earth for a limited time. Live to what makes you happy as long as it doesn't hurt others around you. Really does it matter what others think of you if you smoke or drink beer. I know equally people who have abused both and it ruined there lives. If you can smoke or drink in moderation then enjoy but if you can't then abstain. It's quite simple. I smoked for

  • @perfactamerikan I am not racist but I am against weed. How can I be calm and not angry. Everyone here claims freedom of speech when it comes to being a POTHEAD but what about those who are against drugs. Are we all bad guys? I have a voice and I am using it. I want to help people and my concerns are sincere

  • @cindybin2001 Maybe you should be the first person you know to smoke weed, wrap your lips around a big honking doobie, maybe weed will help you clean up that foul mouth...

  • i think controlled legalizations sounds great! ive never smoked the stuff, but hey, if you put an age restrictions, etc, idc if you decide you want to harm your body. just dont get the non smokers involved, really...

  • Legalization is already here, and a few states will be voting this November on whether to legalize marijuana for recreational use...I'm getting all giddy just thinking about it :)

  • @nicodemus311 That is TERRIBLE! What is WRONG with you, being "giddy" for recreational use? Oh this makes me sick. You set a terrible example. Is this how your parents raised you? to smoke POT to get high, buzzed, stoned, relax and unwind, enjoy life, etc.? Grow up! Take a stand and set an example!

  • @cindybin2001 Let see Washington, California,Nevada, and New Hampshire states all disagree with you along with 60% of the American people..I forgot to mention there are 13 states who are looking to at least decriminalize it Yay! So whether you like or not it's a coming... TIME TO FREE THE WEED!!!!!

  • @nicodemus311 Real good example YOU set. Any young person reading this board would think that when you grow up, it's good to smoke POT to relax and unwind, enjoy life, get high, stoned, etc. What a thing to do. Didn't your parents teach you any morals, values or common sense?? Is this how you're going to raise your kids? And I don't know ANYBODY in real life who approves of pot smoking or who even knows where to find it.

  • @cindybin2001 Hey, I'm telling you the truth so you can be prepared, and that makes me a perfect role model for young ones. Honest, helpful, happy to oblige, not hung up on propaganda, and so forth..

  • @nicodemus311 I AM NOT HUNG UP ON PROPAGANDA! What is it with you pot smokers that think just because someone has good morals and values and common sense and says we shouldn't use drugs to get high, that you think that they automatically believe "weed kills you and turns you into a junkie", blah blah blah. I DON'T BELIEVE IN PROPAGANDA AND I DON'T SPREAD IT EITHER! All I'm saying is that we shouldn't use drugs to get high! GROW UP!

  • @cindybin2001 Negative cindibin...getting high is the perfect way to end the day...

  • @nicodemus311 Seriously, these states and all these people you talk about should read YouTube boards and my channel, THEN they would realize why pot should be illegal forever. It is because of people like you.

  • @cindybin2001 Hmm,... as of two days ago it seems Oregon is now joining the "let's legalize weed bandwagon...must have something to do with the awesome growing season they have.

  • @nicodemus311 Year 'round in some places, man. GREAT place to live.

  • @TheMercilessEye Pacific northwest..heartland of the sticky-icky!

  • Legalize it or not people arent going to stop smoking it lol

  • @69Australianhero69 Have you not read a thing I've written over the years?

  • cidybin2001 all that can be said is you truly are an idiot.

  • other violent creaturs???? their humans thatnk u very much

  • We have all right to voice out our beliefs. Why is there an need to be verbally violent and harass me.

  • @cindybin2001 shut the fuck up.

  • @cindybin2001 Sheep

  • I don't think it should be legalized because of the following: people get it easily enough as it is.

it would be illegal to grow it on your own still because of possible contamination or lacing and it would have to be regulated, no individual dealers. some people make their living dealing pot.

you'd get taxed into poverty over it.

I mean, honestly... I don't think it's that big of a deal. I don't think it should be legalized but it's hardly a huge issue unlike war and famine...

  • @cavemantiger Freedom IS a big deal. Nothing you said made much sense at all.

  • @beltedDEEP I think there are more important freedoms as stake here... such as equal rights? Get a clue and sort your priorities.

  • @cavemantiger Homosexuals don't get locked up for being gay, pot smokers do. So maybe it is YOU who should get a clue you condescending twat.

  • @beltedDEEP Locked up? No. Dehumanized and stripped of rights? Yes. Laid off from work with no other reason than their sexuality? Yes. Abused, bullied, and killed? Yes.

Oh, poor you can have your little wee joint. Bitch.

  • @cavemantiger "Laid off of work" have you ever heard of drug testing? "Abused bullied and killed" plenty of people have been murdered because of its illegality just as well, why don't you fucking educate yourself, I advocate for BOTH rights, you pick and choose your biases you silly little shit.

  • @beltedDEEP No one beats the 14 year old kid to death because he smokes pot. You shouldn't be doing drugs at work any more than you should drink.

Your priorities are pretty messed up. Must be all that THC leeching around your brain.

  • @cavemantiger I don't know how people find marijuana--I would NEVER know where to get it! Nobody ever offered me pot or talked about it to me or anything! And I was a teen in the 70s! Same with my husband! And I wasn't religious then or some anti drug activist. And I sure wouldn't know where to get it NOW! It is ILLEGAL! and frankly, after seeing all these pot smokers online, I realize it SHOULD remain illegal forever.

  • @cindybin2001 right, cause what. 000000,1% of the worlds smokers. Is a decent enough grounds to base your theory on.

And which theory is that again?

You never actually PROVED why marijuana is so harmful?

-Despite from what I already know.

Go ahead, bedazzle me with your wisdom, almighty lord!

Knower of all that is known! Lulz.

If you didn't catch that, Im being sarcastic.

  • wow 3D horse, is this cannabis effect? I totally agree with the gentleman

  • 23 people never smoke mariguana

  • 23 people never smoke mariguana

  • Cindybin2001 if we all say marijuana is bad and none of us will ever do it again will you please just shut the fuck up?

  • this is exctly what i think, eliminate the ''drug war'' by leagalizing weed make it have high potency and sell it dirt cheap kill the "drug war" overnight

  • @cindybin2001

Pardon my multiple posts, I have a lot to say, and I must tell you that this 500 character cap isn't really helping.

    Continuation*

This is wrong, didn't your parents raise you better than that?" Etc.) that the only exposure that you've had to marijuana was negative. If this is the case than to you, your actions seem justifiable.

You're entitled to your opinion, but no one said that you were to go around, forcing YOUR beliefs down other's throats... Didn't your parents raise y

  • @cindybin2001

As noble as your goals are, you'll find that most people (including yourself) are stubborn , and are firm in their beliefs. I admire the fact that you want to assist people into living what you consider "A proper life." However, I must be the bearer of bad news... People are most likely not interested in being told how to live.

I understand your apprehension towards the subject, because the way you were brought up (Or at least how it seems to me, due to you saying "Morals, Thi

  • @cindybin2001 have fun living your life hating on people.

  • @D2theYCE Have fun living your life putting down nice, decent women who take a stand and set an example and try to help people understand why we shouldn't use drugs to relax and unwind, enjoy life, get high and buzzed and stoned, etc. And we shouldn't use alcohol, either.

  • But if weed is legal nobody will buy other prescription drugs

  • Legalize weed in the Netherlands it works too.

    Jim Gray for president!!!

  • @cindybin2001 look, i'm afraid "sandorlev" is correct here, you're obviously very angry about this issue, and should definitely seek medical attention for your excessive amounts of stress being displayed. and in response to your rant, who are you to tell us what we aren't "supposed" to ingest in our bodies? do some scientific research, and you will find that THC is very beneficial to the human body in addition to its "stress relieving/buzz" effect that you deem so negative.

  • @SweetTrainWreckk DO SOME RESEARCH??? have you not read a thing I've written over the years?? I must have typed this out at least 50 times just this week! As I've said a million times, i've ranted against pot for ten years online. People are ALWAYS sending me long emails, links to websites, videos and research papers, etc. bestowing the virtues of marijuana. I dare you to tell me anything I haven't read or seen a million times. It still doesn't make it right to get high on drugs!!! And then you

  • @SweetTrainWreckk ADMIT to me that THC is good for stress relieving?? As if this is going to make me approve of pot smoking? THAT IS WHAT MAKES IT WRONG! Can't you see that?? Don't you have any morals, values or common sense?? We shouldn't smoke POT to relieve stress!!! We should have hobbies and interests! And as I've said a millio times, I never cared if pot was legal or not; I just wanted to help all these smokers I saw online understand why it's wrong to use drugs to get high, stoned, relax,

  • @SweetTrainWreckk buzzed, etc., legal or not. But after talking to pot smokers online for ten years, including people like YOU who JUST DON'T GET IT, I now realize that pot should be illegal forever, with very stiff penalities. NOT BECAUSE OF THE MARIJUANA ITSELF, BUT BECAUSE OF THE PEOPLE WHO USE IT OR WHO THINK NOTHING IS WRONG WITH IT AND WHO THINK IT SHOULD BE LEGAL! you honestly don't get it! It's scary to think we live in a world like this! I'm going to use your comment on my channel.

  • @cindybin2001 the fact that you just stated " you pot smokers are all the same" shines light on your beliefs that you are indeed uninformed. You are a very ignorant person and you can't use marijuana as a scapegoat for your psychological problems. I suggest you seek professional help, you are sick and in need of help.

  • you all get trolled so bad

  • i hate when they use the line of "stronger weed", yes its stronger but it doesn't mean its freaking dangerous!!!! If i smoke a bowl/nugg of "normal weed" ill get high , but if i smoke some freaking good shit, i dont have to smoke the whole thing. Do you understand???

And the lifestyle of a pothead is a peaceful lifestyle, what is wrong about being nice and being high?? Those who talk shit about "being high" don't know what its like so you cant say shit!!

  • Cindy blunts 2001

  • You guys need to chill, in here! Arguing online won't get you far or succeed anything. Especially, on Youtube.

I use marijuana to fix my problems... Unlike most I got my reasons.

    P.S Don't lecture me!

  • Cindy blunts I love you.

  • Cindy blunts I love you!

  • @Cindybin2001:

Tell me that my last response wasn't a sound method of "debate". I dare you.

If you have an issue with my response, I guess you have to shut up and leave. My response is no different than the ones you've been slinging all week (and I assume longer since you clearly have no life)

  • @Cindybin2001:

OH MY GOSH! PEOPLE LIKE YOU MAKE ME SO MAD!!! PEOPLE SHOULD BE ABLE TO READ AND USE THEIR CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS! YOU NON-THINKING NUTJOB SHOULD LEARN TO JUST LEAVE PEOPLE ALONE! AAAGH! I'VE BEEN DEALING WITH PEOPLE LIKE YOU FOR TEN YEARS AND THEY JUST NEVER LISTEN! YOU GUYS SHOULD JUST LEARN TO MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS. I NEVER SAID YOU WEREN'T ENTITLED TO YOUR VIEWS, BUT YOU JUST DON'T GET IT...ITS NOT THAT HARD. JUST MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS!!!!

    How was my Cindybin2001, guys?

  • How the hell did the comments turn into an argument about religion ?

  • This judge has really done his homework. When people think logically for themselfes, they come to the same conclusion as the judge.

  • Real nigga speaking!!!

  • @cindyblunts2001 I'll take gods word over a grumpy ass judge any day.

  • @cindybin20001 Your obviously an atheist. Hating something your creator created.

  • @audioaddict09 well, i am an athiest, but even i think something is wrong with her!

  • @Cindybin2001:

Also, why the hell do you presume anyone gives a shit what you have been ranting about for 10 years? Get a show like Howard Stern and maybe people will listen to you - if only to laugh at how pathetic a human being you are.

  • Nicely said. First real politic I like

  • RON PAUL 2012

  • @007Mazoo you can't just complain about something that has been illegal before you were probably born. if you don't want to hand your hard earned money over to a court house then don't get in shit for doing ILLEGAL things. if someone does something illegal and then bitches about it because they dont have the balls to suffer the pre determined consequences than they can go fuck off.
