If you thought Mr. Garber was awesome in Annie (which he totally was), look up the old movie from 1973, Godspell. This was the first celuloid musical feature he was in. He played Jesus, in a post-modern manhatten setting for Jerusalem. He was really young in this movie, and it's one of my favorites from when I was a kid. He shows off some very young, but realized vocal power in each of the songs. You can't find it in Blockbuster, you have to find it online somewhere else. CHECK IT OUT! :-D

I've known about godspell since i was 10. i own godspell on vhs and dvd:) He was so adorable with his afro and superman shirt and clown shoes. He was amazing in that movie. Victor Garber is the best.

lol, I just met Garber. He came to my city today because it's where he grew up. And he was at this club my parents belong to. He went to kindergarden with my dad and we showed him the kindergarden class photo. I got to shake his hand. :P
