@dynomite221 every guitarist is different you can imitate notes and bends etc..all you want, but what personal touch goes into the solo you can't so stop being one of those people who are you like...oh you can't play it perfect... i think its good to put your own style into someone else's solo with there notes, but a hint of your style in there.

I don't see what the fuss is with the band? The band is utilised during the sweeping in order to get a clean sound and mute unwanted strings, after that its not needed. It's a tuition video, Im sure Andy could play it without the band!

@logspock - It is Drop C sharp. You can tune to drop D and then tune evrything a half step lower, or tune to E flat and then tune the bottom string a whole step as you would for drop D.

the hair band is to mute out the strings hes not playing so theres no background hum and sometimes it helps pinches comeout a bit clearer, i saw syn use a bandana in the behind the scenes =)

He only did that because he needed to play an open string at 0:18 and he cant play an open string with the "Blue band" on the neck.

@bajspackare93 Licklibrary is a recording enviroment. So the hair band is right for this performance. Gives us the best possible sound when making the dvds. Same as making an album.
